As the Fall sports season comes to a close, student-athletes will have a end of year celebration on Wednesday October 28 from 2:30-4:00.

Pizza will be provided for students. Certificates will be given out by coaches at approximately 3:45 to end the afternoon.

The mandate of students wearing mouthguards has been lifted in the State of Maine, as well as other organizations governing Youth Soccer.  The requirement has been changed from required to Strongly Recommended.

This year Spruce Mountain Middle School has decided to make the change and will change it from Required to Strongly Recommend.

Spruce Mountain Middle School will strongly recommend the use of mouthguards for all students playing Middle School Soccer, but will not require use of a mouthguard in order to participate.

The decision to use a mouthguard will be determined by the Students’ parent/guardian.
